Try clearing dolphins cache, I can see the Bacon pic just fine on dolphin. You are not running any kind of ad blocker, right?

I use the verizon wifi hotspot to connect my computer to the net and I use about 3 gigs/month doing so, total, with all of the phones and the wifi...

If you tether it goes against your plan's data. So I wouldn't do too much of it.
